3．技术特点：

The Jade S200 Single Point Soldering machine is a hand load system, capable of handling PCBs or pallets sizes from 102mm x 102mm (4 x 4-inch) to 508mm x 457mm (20 x 18-inch) maximum.

The machine includes the following features: 该机器具有如下性能：

. A low maintenance solder bath and pump system that can be fitted with the proven

AP-1 range of nozzles. The bath has an integral solder pump. The pump speed is

controlled electronically to provide optimum flow rate. The solder bath/pump is

mounted on a moveable platform, providing easy access for maintenance.

　　一套高可靠性低维护的锡锅及泵系统，可配有一套通用的高可靠的 AP 系列焊嘴。锡锅同锡泵的高度集成使得维护的需要降到最低。锡泵的转速由电脑编程电子闭环调速来保证达到最佳的波峰。锡锅同锡泵一体安装在可移动的平台上，极易于维护。

. A highly accurate Drop Jet fluxing system, which has the ability to operate either

in a completely separate fluxing operation or as part of a simultaneous

flux/soldering operation.

锡。

. A Flux/Solder head positioning system using stepper motor drives on the X, Y, and

Z axes to position the head beneath the PCB. The Flux/Solder head is therefore fully

adjustable in X, Y and Z axes.

. A Top Sliding Door for access to the board placement frame. The machine is designed

for boards to be positioned and held in the frame while each programmed joint is fluxed and soldered. Safety Interlock switches are fitted to the Top Sliding Door to provide operator protection during the process.

. Windows-based Programming (Optional PC required) 基于 Windows 的编程系统

Programming and operator control of machine via the PC using the Windows-based

PillarCOMM software. Program and machine configuration is protected by a customer

selectable , multilevel password security system.

　　焊点的编程及机器的操作均由专用的 PillarComm 软件来实现。系统安装有一个编程用的镜头将 PCB 板的图像传到电脑屏幕上，通过所见及所得的编程软件并通过鼠标点中焊点，输入各种焊锡参数来完成每个焊点的编程。焊锡程序及机器内部设置都可通过密码进行保护。

. The machine is freely programmable to cater to different board layouts; each solder

joint is separately programmable to its own set of required parameters. The

programming system employs a component data library enabling quantities of similar

joints to use the same soldering data outline. Visually assisted self-teach alignment allows for fast and accurate board programming.
